As of the 2000 census, there are 13,533 people, 5,585 households and 3,697 families in the city. The population density is 1,900.0 inhabitants per km². 92.99% of the population are White, 1.53% African American , 0.02% Native American , 3.41% Asian , 0.06% Pacific Islander , 0.71% Other Ethnicity, and 1.27% Mixed Race . 3.45% are Latinos of any race.
