The administrative community Elbaue-Fläming was an administrative community in the district of Wittenberg in the east of the state of Saxony-Anhalt .
It was created on January 1st, 2005 through the merger of the former administrative communities of Südfläming , Zahna , Mühlengrund and Elster-Seyda-Klöden .
Member municipalities
The seat of the administrative association was Zahna .
On January 1, 2009, the communities Abtsdorf and Mochau left the administrative community and became districts of Lutherstadt Wittenberg . On January 1, 2010 the community Naundorf bei Seyda was incorporated into Jessen (Elster) and the communities Boßdorf , Kropstädt and Straach were incorporated into Lutherstadt Wittenberg. On January 1, 2011, the administrative community was finally dissolved. Klöden and Schützberg joined Naundorf bei Seyda in the city of Jessen (Elster) as before . The remaining communities founded the new town and unitary community of Zahna-Elster , whereby Mühlanger has been an independent community again since May 29, 2013 due to a formal error in the incorporation process.
