Attractions
- Memorial stone in front of the school in memory of two French forced laborers who were shot trying to escape during the Second World War
- Zeppelin stone on the street "Am Zeppelinberg", which commemorates the landing and take-off of the zeppelin airship Z III on August 30, 1909. The name of the local soccer club "SV Graf Zeppelin 09 Abtsdorf" also refers to the incident, probably a certain uniqueness in soccer. The Z III had to stop because it had a propeller damage that was being repaired in Abtsdorf.
