In the administrative community Kindelbrück from the Thuringian district of Sömmerda , five communities have come together to handle their administrative business.

The administrative community is based in the rural municipality of Kindelbrück .

The municipalities

history

The administrative community was founded on January 1st, 1991. Favoredt and Herrnschwende were accepted on June 18, 1994. As part of the Thuringia regional reform in 2018 and 2019 , the member communities of Bilzingsleben , Frömmstedt , Kannawurf and Kindelbrück merged on January 1, 2019 to form the rural community of Kindelbrück. At the same time, Herrnschwende left the administrative community and was incorporated into Weißensee .
