Victor "Vic" Beasley Junior (born July 8, 1992 in Adairsville , Georgia ) is an American American football player on the defensive end , who currently plays for the Tennessee Titans in the National Football League (NFL). From 2015 to 2019 he was under contract with the Atlanta Falcons .

High school

Beasley went to high school in Adairsville , Georgia , where he played football as a running back and on the defensive line .

college

From 2010 he attended Clemson University , South Carolina . Here he played nine games in his first season. In 2013 and 2014 he received an All-American award. Beasley would have been approved in the 2014 NFL Draft but decided to stay in college for another year to graduate.

NFL

In the 2015 NFL Draft , he was selected in the first round as the eighth player by the Atlanta Falcons . On the second day of the NFL, Beasley recorded his first sack . On the 16th day of play, he sank Cam Newton in the game against the Carolina Panthers . This fumblete the ball. The result was the first and only defeat of the Carolina Panthers in the season 2015. In his second NFL season, he scored 15.5 sack which he led the NFL, and was first in the Pro Bowl selected . He reached the Super Bowl LI after the season with the Falcons , but was lost to the New England Patriots at 28:34 .

Prior to the 2020 season , Beasley agreed on a one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans .
