The Villa Pisani in Montagnana in the province of Padua , Veneto was planned by Andrea Palladio around 1552 for Cardinal Francesco Pisani and built in the years 1553–1555.

The villa is located just outside the medieval city wall. The Palladian style element of rows of columns, which are arranged one above the other and crowned with a tympanum , appears for the first time . The unity of the street front with four semi-columns in front of it stands in contrast to the two-story loggia of the garden facade. As with the previously built Villa Cornaro , elements of the urban and villa architecture are also linked here. A triglyph frieze is led around between the floors, alternating regularly with bucrania , round disks and triglyphs.

The central room of the house is a mixture of vestibule and reception room, which is decorated with statues by Alessandro Vittorias .

The building was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996, along with other Palladian villas .
