Vincent Sadler (born July 6, 2001 ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Sadler has played in the youth division for SG Sonnenhof Großaspach since 2017 at the latest , where the central defender distinguished himself as a dangerous defensive player between 2017 and 2020 with six league goals each. In 2019, he received the Porsche Turbo Award for young athletes in the “best academic performance” category . Sadler was already involved in a test match of the professional team against the second division club 1. FC Heidenheim in autumn 2019 and was part of the matchday squad in the third division for the first time in February 2020 against the Würzburger Kickers . After the temporary interruption of the 2019/20 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic , he made his third division debut in early July in the last home game of the season against TSV 1860 Munich , Großaspach was already relegated at this point.

Already at the end of May 2020, his change for the 2020/21 season to the association league club 1. FC Normannia Gmünd became known, the head coach Zlatko Blaškić there previously worked for Großaspach. After Großaspach's descent into the Regionalliga Südwest, Sadler received an offer from the club and ultimately decided to stay with SG Sonnenhof.
