The Moerser Mühlengesellschaft (based on Mühlenstrasse) was merged into the Neukirchen-Hülsdonk Agricultural Goods and Loans Association on December 11, 1952. On April 16, 1970, they merged with Vluyn to form Raiffeisen-Spar and Kreditbank Neukirchen Vluyn.
