The of Poll Immobilien GmbH   is a German real estate agent based in Frankfurt , which acts as franchiser in the field of mediation of residential and commercial real estate and finance. Licenses are issued for both the   commercial agent and the franchise model. 

history

The company was founded in 2000 in Frankfurt am Main by Beata von Poll as well as Sassan Hilgendorf and Daniel Ritter. In 2018 Jörg Hahn joined as managing partner.

In 2000 the first shop was opened in Frankfurt am Main. In 2004, von Poll Immobilien had five offices in the Rhine-Main area and in 2006 the first von Poll Commercial office for commercial real estate opened in Frankfurt. In 2009 shops for residential real estate followed in Hamburg , Berlin , Düsseldorf and Munich and in 2010 the first international shops in Kitzbühel / Austria and Mallorca / Spain . Outside Germany and Austria, the company operates in Europe as von Poll Real Estate . The focus is on brokering residential and commercial real estate. In 2018, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) acquired shares together with the fund it advised.

Von Poll Immobilien GmbH is represented in Germany, Austria, Switzerland , Spain (including Mallorca and Tenerife ), Portugal , Italy , Greece , the Netherlands , France and Luxembourg . Von Poll Commercial has its own locations in Berlin, Bremen , Düsseldorf , Frankfurt am Main, Hanover , Hamburg, Cologne , Leipzig , Munich and Wiesbaden / Mainz .

While in Germany the von Poll Immobilien GmbH partners in residential real estate are independent entrepreneurs in independent commercial representation, franchise licenses are issued to individual or master licensees abroad. The latter generally also applies to the partners of Poll Commercial and Poll Finance responsible for the commercial and investment property sector .

The company also operates an academy for training and continuing education for employees. The company's research department publishes regional and nationwide market reports that are received in the media. In addition, the company publishes its own magazine entitled Best Location.
