The electoral district of Bohemia 130 was a constituency for the elections to the House of Representatives in the Austrian Crown Land of Bohemia . The electoral district was created in 1907 with the introduction of the Reichsrat election regulations and existed until the collapse of the Habsburg monarchy.

history

After the Reichsrat had decided on the general, equal, secret and direct male suffrage in autumn 1906, the major reform of the electoral law through the sanctioning of Emperor Franz Joseph I came into effect on January 26, 1907 . With the new Reichsrat election rules, a total of 516 electoral districts were created, each with a member to be elected, which were determined by direct election with a possible runoff. The constituency of Bohemia 130 comprised the judicial districts Hohenelbe , Arnau , Königinhof an der Elbe (excluding the communities Duabrawitz, Lipnitz, Nowoles, Weißtremeschna, Werdek) as well as the communities Grabsütz, Hermanitz, Kleinbock, Littisch, Prode, Salnai, Schlotten and Westetz (all judicial districts Jaromer ), the communities Großborowitz, Stikau, Stupna and Widach (all judicial district Neupaka ) and the community Huttendorf ( judicial district Starkenbach ). The cities of Trautenau ( constituency 95 ) and Arnau and Hohenelbe ( constituency 96 ) were excluded . In the 1907 Reichsrat election , Josef Kasper ( German Radical Party ) emerged victorious in the first ballot. He was able to defend his mandate in the 1911 Reichsrat election in the runoff election.
