The constituency of Meißen 1 was a state electoral district in Saxony that existed for the 2004 and 2009 state elections . It had constituency number 39. The constituency area comprised part of the Meißen district formed on January 1, 1996 and was almost congruent with the Meißen-Dresden West constituency formed for the 1994 state election . The district became part of the new district of Meissen in the course of the Saxon district reform in 2008 . The constituency area was between 2004 and 2009 from the following cities and towns: Lommatzsch , Meissen and Nossen and the municipalities of Diera-Zehren , Käbschütztal , Ketzerbachtal , Klipphausen , Leuben-Schleinitz , Niederau and Weinböhla followers were 2,014 constituencies Meissen 1 and Meissen 3 , in which the former constituency of Meissen 1 was divided.
