The Wallershöhe is 812.3 m above sea level. NHN high, wooded, southern secondary summit of the Ziegenhelle in the Rothaar Mountains in the North Rhine-Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis .

The Wallershöhe, located in the Hochsauerland and Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park, is located in the southeast part of the Hochsauerlandkreis a few hundred meters from the border of the Siegen-Wittgenstein district , which reaches its highest point to the west of its summit at 789 m . Its summit rises about 6.2 km west-north-west of Hallenberg , 4.4 km south-south-west of Züschen , 870 m south of the main summit of the Ziegenhelle ( 815.9 m ) and 3 km (depending on the beeline ) north-north-east of Wunderthausen .
Despite low autonomy is the Waller height, and about 20 m notch depth for Ziegenhelle, the southernmost "Eight hundred" in Sauerland and Rothaargebirge.
Somewhat west-north-west of the Wallershöhengipfels, on the common west flank with the Ziegenhelle, the Schwarzenau rises as the eastern Odeborn tributary and a bit to the east the Elsoff as the northern Eder tributary.
Natural allocation
The Wallershöhe belongs to the natural spatial main unit group Süderbergland (number 33) in the main unit Rothaargebirge (with Hochsauerland ) (333) and in the subunit Winterberger Hochland (333.5) to the natural area Ziegenhelle (333.51).
Protected areas
To the north, east and south of the Wallershöhe are areas of the Hallenberger Wald nature reserve ( CDDA no. 329410; designated 2001; 8.76 km² ) and to the west those of the NSG forests around Oster- and Moselkopf (CDDA no. 329702; 2004; 6 , 83 km²). Parts of the fauna-flora-habitat area Hallenberger Wald (FFH-Nr. 4817-301; 22.53 km²) extend around the Wallershöhe . The Hallenberger Waldlandschaft protected landscape area extends to its summit (CDDA no. 345001; 2004; 23.25 km²) and the LSG Rothaargebirge (SI) to its south and west flanks (CDDA no. 555550027; 2004; 299.42 km²). All of these protected areas were designated on October 4, 2004 with the Hallenberg landscape plan.
