Architecture and history
The villa was built in the second half of the 19th century in the style of late classicism . The plastered building is characterized on its west side facing the street by a clearly emphasized central risalit , which is crowned by a gable . The facade is richly structured. There is a tower on the north side.
The front garden of the property is enclosed by a cast iron fence designed in neo-Gothic style.
