Werner Ramspeck

Johann Werner Ramspeck (born August 20, 1816 in Alsfeld ; † July 20, 1887 there ) was a Hessian businessman, conservative politician and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Werner Ramspeck was the son of the businessman Gerhard Ramspeck and his wife Sibylla Katharine, nee Hartmann. Ramspeck, who belonged to the Evangelical Church , married Auguste Wilhelmine neeb Neeb.

Like his father, he was a merchant and mayor in Alsfeld. There he was also director of the savings and loan fund Alsfeld .

From 1872 to 1875 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of the city of Alsfeld .
