Wes Craven presents Dracula II - The Ascension

Wes Craven presents Dracula III - Legacy is an American horror film from 2005. It is the third and final installment in the series after Wes Craven presents Dracula from 2000 and Wes Craven presents Dracula II - The Ascension from 2003.

action

The film continues where its predecessor Wes Craven presented Dracula II - The Ascension ended. Dracula has traveled to Transylvania with Elisabeth, who turned into a vampire at the end of Part 2 . The vampire hunter Father Uffizi and his new assistant Luke, the only survivor from Part 2, now also go to Romania to destroy Dracula and free Luke's friend Elisabeth. However, there is a civil war there and the country is under the control of NATO as long as the situation is critical and the rebels continue to fight the provisional government. They soon find out that people are traded in the country's villages and brought to Dracula's castle for food. The vampires depend on humans because they cannot move in daylight. However, as the number of vampires increases and the number of people decreases, the radius of the manhunt is increasing. Accompanied by the television reporter Julia, the two hunters fight their way through hordes of vampires and finally reach Dracula's castle. In the final battle, Father Uffizi destroys Dracula, while Luke finds Elisabeth and confesses his love to her. But since she is already a vampire, he kills her after she asks him to. Luke leaves the castle at sunrise while Father Uffizi sits on the throne of Dracula with Julia, who has been turned into a vampire. Uffizi is now the new vampire king.
