Wilhelm von Jagow

Wilhelm Ernst Heinrich Gottlob Sigismund von Jagow (born January 31, 1770 in Calberwisch , † April 2, 1838 in Krevese ) was a German landowner , district administrator , dike captain and lieutenant .

Life

Wilhelm von Jagow was married to Louise Juliane Amalie von Schladen (1785-1853), a daughter of Karl Friedrich Gottlieb von Schladen .

From 1820 to 1838 he was district administrator of the Osterburg district . His son Friedrich von Jagow (1802-1858) and great grandson Ernst von Jagow also later became the district's royal Prussian district administrator.

His second-born son Wilhelm Eduard Karl Ludwig August (1803-1883) was the father of Eugen von Jagow (1849-1905).

Another son, Eduard Ernst Alexander Leopold von Jagow (1804–1874, gentleman in Calberwisch ), was the father of Bernhard von Jagow .

Wilhelm von Jagow was among other things Mr. von Scharpenhufe , Stresow , Pollitz , Groß Garz , Oevelgünne , Althaus Aulosen and Neuhaus Aulosen.

He was a legal knight of the Order of St. John .
