William "Willie" Julian Usery Jr. (born December 21, 1923 in Hardwick , Baldwin County , Georgia - † December 10, 2016 in Greensboro , Greene County , Georgia) was an American politician .

biography

After attending Midway High School in Hardwick, he studied at the Georgia Military College in Milledgeville . During the Second World War , he did his military service in the US Naval Reserve from 1943 to 1946 . He then completed a degree at Mercer University in Macon .
