action

The young skipper Will Parker wants to defend the America's Cup for the USA . He receives an offer from ship owner Morgan Welds to compete against the Australians in the America's Cup with his yacht Radiance . That puts Will Parker in a dilemma because his girlfriend and sailing partner Kate is not allowed on board. She leaves him - and the cup is also lost. With the help of Kate and her new boyfriend, he has a new boat built: the yacht Geronimo . Kate's participation ensures victory for the Americans at the last moment.

Yachts

  • The yacht Geronimo corresponds to the Stars & Stripes US-55
  • The Radiance corresponds to the Liberty (NYYC AC'83)
  • The Boomerang corresponds to Australia II KA-6 (RPYC AC'83)
  • The Platypus is a fictional edition of Kookaburra III (RPYC AC'87)

In addition to the yachts typical of the America's Cup, there will be an exchange of blows between the competitors in advance of a race with international 14-foot dinghies .
