Windrose Airlines is a Ukrainian airline based in Kiev and its home base at Kiev-Boryspil Airport .

history

The company, founded on October 28, 2003, began flights from Kiev to Moscow-Domodedovo at the end of 2008 . In 2009 it expanded strongly, followed by an equally significant reduction. Like Dniproawia , Aerosvit and Donbassaero, Wind Rose Aviation is part of the Ukrainian Aviation Group . However, the latter two ceased operations in 2013, as did Dniproawia in 2018.

Destinations

Windrose Airlines operates private charter flights to Europe , the Middle East and South America . There are flights to Boryspil from Antalya , Colombo , Dubai , Hurghada , Kittilä , Kuusamo , Poprad , Rovaniemi , Salzburg , Sharm El-Sheikh and Sofia .
