biography

Inspired by his cousin, Tyree Pittman started producing music at the age of 11. Initially interested in a career as a rapper , he began building his own beats through Fruity Loops and FL Studio . Initially influenced by Timbaland and Pharrell Williams , he now refers to Shawty Redd and Drumma Boy as an influence, whereby he is often compared to Lex Luger in the media . After coming into contact with rapper Chief Keef , he produced many of his songs, including the hits 3Hunna and I Don't Like . The latter song in particular made him known in the hip-hop scene and made him one of the most sought-after producers. In 2012, when he was just 19 years old, he signed with Warner Bros Records. He then created beats for Big Sean , Red Café , DJ Khaled and 2 Chainz . 2013 saw fewer productions of his overall, but he was involved in a mixtape for Pusha T and Cassie's RockaByeBaby .

On September 10, 2013 Young Chop released the mixtape Precious , on which Juicy J , Fat Trel and Johnny May Cash can be heard among others .
