ZENA ( Russian ЗЕНА , actually Zinaida Alexandrovna Kupriyanovich , born September 17, 2002 in Minsk , Belarus ) is a Belarusian singer , presenter , voice actress and film actress .

life and career

Born in Minsk , ZENA started her singing career in 2013, where she took part in the New Wave Festival Junior 2013 . In 2014 she also took part in the Slavianski Bazaar Festival.

In 2015 and 2016 she took part in the Belarusian preliminary decision for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest . She finished fourth with the song Mir in 2015, while she came third with the song Kosmos in 2016 . In 2017 she finished third on the Russian show Fabrika Zvyozd . Then she started her acting and moderating career. In 2018 she moderated the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 together with Evgeny Perlin and Helena Meraai . In the same year she took on the role of Moana in the film Vaiana and in the film Chaos im Netz as Russian voice actress .

In 2019 she won the Eurofest 2019 with her song Like It and then represented Belarus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv , Israel . She finished 24th in the final on May 18, 2019.
