(58152) Natsöderblom is an asteroid of the central main belt , which was discovered by the German astronomer Freimut Börngen on August 12, 1988 at the Karl Schwarzschild Observatory ( IAU code 033) in the Tautenburg Forest .

The track from (58152) Natsöderblom was secured in 2003 so that numbering could be assigned. On November 10 of the same year, the asteroid was named after the Swedish Lutheran theologian Nathan Söderblom (1866-1931) at the suggestion of Freimut Börngen . Söderblom received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1930 for his work in ecumenism .
