(9341) Grace Kelly is an asteroid of the main belt , the August 2, 1991 by the Belgian astronomer Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory of the European Southern Observatory in Chile ( IAU code was discovered 809).
The asteroid was named on November 20, 2002 after the American film actress Grace Kelly (1929-1982), who won the Academy Award for Best Actress for the film drama A Girl from the Country in 1955 and ended her film career in 1956 to Prince Rainier III. from Monaco to get married.
