The Egyptian men's handball team represents Egypt in international tournaments in Men Handball .

The team has been African champion seven times (most recently in 2020) and has taken part in handball world championships nine times so far , the best placement they achieved with 4th place at the 2001 World Cup in France .

The team is coached by David Davis .
