Ömer Hasan Şişmanoğlu (born August 1, 1989 in Hamburg ) is a football player with Turkish and German citizenship. He has been under contract with Erzurumspor since January 2020 .

Career

As a teenager, Şişmanoğlu played for various Hamburg clubs before he moved to FC St. Pauli for the second time at the age of 18 .

In the 2007/08 season , the 1.86 meter tall striker was primarily used in the top division team of the Kiezkicker . On December 14, 2007 he made his debut in professional football. In the second division match against Bundesliga relegated 1. FSV Mainz 05 , Şişmanoğlu came on in the 90th minute for Ahmet Kuru . He made a total of eleven games for Hamburg in the second division.

For the 2009/10 season he moved to Kayserispor . He scored his first goal for the Turkish first division side in the 3-0 win against Bursaspor on December 6, 2009.

After three seasons for the Central Anatolian club, he left the city of Kayseri and moved to Antalyaspor within the league . In his first and last season for Antalyaspor, Şişmanoğlu played 24 league games and scored eight goals.

On July 5, 2013, his move to Beşiktaş Istanbul was announced. Beşiktaş Istanbul paid a transfer fee of 1.65 million euros for the striker. For the 2014/15 season, Şişmanoğlu was awarded to league rivals Eskişehirspor . In the summer of 2015 he returned to Beşiktaş, but was loaned to the first division club Torku Konyaspor towards the end of the summer transfer period . From this club he returned for the next winter break and was then loaned to his former club Antalyaspor for the second half of the season.

In the summer of 2017, he moved to the newly promoted Göztepe Izmir within the Süper Lig . A year later I went to Yeni Malatyaspor .
