The Austrian Women's Football Cup was in the 1984/85 season under the name ÖFB-Women's World Cup , hosted by the Vienna Football Association, played for the 13th time. The trophy was won for the third time by ESV Ostbahn XI Vienna.

Participating teams

The following 11 (!!) teams, which are classified according to the season placement of the women's Bundesliga 1983/84 and the women's league East 1983/84 , would have qualified for the Austrian women's soccer cup based on the participation of the leagues in the 1984/85 season . Teams that are marked as crossed out did not take part in the competition for various reasons or are second teams and therefore did not play for the cup. Representatives from other federal states were also able to take part.
