The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 29th time in the 2002/03 season. As the ÖFB Women's Cup , it was held for the eleventh time by the Austrian Football Association and began on September 7, 2002 with the first round and ended on June 1, 2003 with the final in the Arnold Schwarzenegger Stadium in Graz. SV Neulengbach won the cup for the first time.

For the Austrian women's soccer cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2002/03 season, the following 32 teams, which after the season placement of the women's Bundesliga 2001/02 , the 2nd division mid 2001/02 , the 2nd division east 2001 / 02 , the Landesliga Steiermark 2001/02 and the Regionalliga West 2001/02 are qualified.
