The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 36th time in the 2009/10 season. As the ÖFB Ladies Cup , it was held for the 18th time by the Austrian Football Association and began on September 26, 2009 with the first round and ended on June 13, 2010 with the final at the Liese Prokop sports facility in Rohrbach an der Gölsen. SV Neulengbach won the cup for the eighth time in a row.

Participating teams

For the Austrian women's soccer cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2008/09 season, the following 32 teams, which after the season placement of the ÖFB women's league 2008/09 , the 2nd East League 2008/09 and the 2nd South League 2008 / 09 are classified, qualified. 10 clubs in the 2nd division mid 2008/09 and the regional league Tyrol and Vorarlberg qualified for the newly established 2nd division mid / west .
