The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 27th time in the 2000/01 season. As the ÖFB Women's Cup , it was held for the ninth time by the Austrian Football Association and began on August 28, 2000 with the first round and ended on May 27, 2001 with the final in Vienna's Ernst Happel Stadium. The USC Landhaus won the trophy for the tenth time.
