The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 30th time in the 2003/04 season. As the ÖFB Women's Cup , it was held for the twelfth time by the Austrian Football Association and began on September 6, 2003 with the first round and ended on May 23, 2004 with the final in the Wals-Siezenheim stadium. SV Neulengbach won the cup for the second time.
Participating teams
For the Austrian women's soccer cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2003/04 season, the following 34 teams, which after the season placement of the women's Bundesliga 2002/03 , the 2nd division middle 2002/03 , the 2nd division east 2002 / 03 , the Landesliga Steiermark 2002/03 and the Regionalliga West 2002/03 are classified. Teams that are marked as crossed out did not take part in the competition for various reasons or are second teams and therefore did not play for the cup. Furthermore, the national cup winner, the national champion or representatives of the 2002/03 season could take part.
