The Austrian Women's Football Cup was in the 2012/13 season played for the 39th time. As the ÖFB Ladies Cup , it was held for the 21st time by the Austrian Football Association and it began on August 24, 2012 with the first round and ended on June 8, 2013 with the final at Vienna's FavAC Square. The ASV Spratzern won the cup for the first time in the final against last year's winner and series cup winner SV Neulengbach .

For the Austrian Women's Football Cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2012/13 season, the following 32 teams, which after the season placement of the ÖFB Women's League 2011/12 and the 2nd League Middle / West 2011/12 and the 2nd League East / Süd 2011/12 are classified.
