The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 40th time in the 2013/14 season. As the ÖFB Ladies Cup , it was held for the 22nd time by the Austrian Football Association and it began on August 17, 2013 with the first round and ended on May 17, 2014 with the final in the Jacques Lemans Arena in St. Veit / Glan. This season, as in the previous year, the trophy went to the FSK St. Pölten-Spratzern .

For the Austrian Women's Football Cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2013/14 season, the following 32 teams, which after the season placement of the ÖFB Women's League 2012/13 and the 2nd League Middle / West 2012/13 and the 2nd League East / Süd 2012/13 are classified.
