The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 32nd time in the 2005/06 season. As the ÖFB-Ladies-Cup it was carried out by the Austrian Football Association for the 14th time, as the ÖFB-Stiegl-Ladies-Cup for the second time, and began on September 3, 2005 with the first round and ended on June 15, 2006 with the final in the Kainbach / Hönigtal in Styria. SV Neulengbach won the trophy for the fourth time in a row.

For the Austrian women's soccer cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2005/06 season, the following 34 teams, which after the season placement of the women's Bundesliga 2004/05 , the 2nd division middle 2004/05 , the 2nd division east 2004 / 05 , the Landesliga Steiermark 2004/05 and the Regionalliga West 2004/05 are classified.
