The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 20th time in the 1993/94 season. As the ÖFB Women's Cup , it was held for the second time by the Austrian Football Association . Innsbruck AC won the trophy for the first time.

For the Austrian women's soccer cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 1993/94 season, the following 14 (!!) teams, which are classified according to the season placement of the women's Bundesliga 1992/93 and the 2nd division 1992/93 , and the Clubs of the first two-class women's league in Tyrol qualified. Teams that are marked as crossed out did not take part in the competition for various reasons or are second teams and therefore did not play for the cup. The national champions or representatives of the 1992/93 season could also take part.
