The Austrian women's soccer championship was held for the 21st time in 1992/93 after the 35-year break between 1938 and 1972. The top division is the women's Bundesliga and was held for the 11th time by the Austrian Football Association . The second highest division , this season the 14th edition, was the 2nd division, which was carried out for the first time under this name and organized by the Austrian Football Association for the first time.

Union Kleinmünchen became Austrian football champions for the fourth time . The champion of the second highest division was in the 2nd division of the DFC Obersdorf .

    The champions this season were DFC Obersdorf , which was not allowed to play in the top division next season. The league was made up of four clubs compared to the previous year, in which five clubs participated. Instead of Austria XIII and the B-Elf from DFC Ostbahn XI , Prater SV played this year .

    The league consisted of six clubs that played against each other in 3 rounds, a round trip and a second round and again a first round. The champions of the Upper Austrian women's league were determined in 15 rounds.

    Season course

    The league consisted of six clubs compared to the previous year, because SV Gramastetten and Union St. Roman were not there, instead SV Hellmonsödt and FC Münzkirchen played for the first time . The championship this season was the 2nd women's team of Union Kleinmünchen , which, however, is not entitled to play in the top division next season. Union St. Agatha dissolved its women's team at the end of the season.

    Season course

    The league consisted of a total of six clubs, all of which showed interest in participating in a Tyrolean championship. This season Innsbrucker AC became champions , but they are not entitled to play in the top division next season. The SPG Obsteig / Mieming stopped playing at the end of the season.
