    Season course

As in the previous year, the league consisted of nine clubs. The SC Großrußbach and the DFC Laimbach were new , replacing the B-Team of the DFC Ostbahn XI and the ascended ASV Vösendorf . The championship this season was the B-team from USC Landhaus , which is not entitled to move up to the top division, as the A-team is already represented there.
