Everyone played against everyone twice in 16 rounds. A win was rewarded with three points, a draw with one point. Since the B-team from the USC Landhaus was out of competition, those encounters were not taken into account in the overall table, whereby the nine teams that played for the promotion place completed 16 rounds, but only 14 rounds were counted for the championship. This season, ATSV Deutsch-Wagram became champions in the second-highest division, East , which, however, stopped playing at the end of the year. The second-placed FC Hellas Kagran renounced promotion, so that there was no promoted this season.
