The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 28th time in the 2001/02 season. As the ÖFB Women's Cup , it was held for the tenth time by the Austrian Football Association and began on September 22, 2001 with the first round and ended on May 12, 2002 with the final in the Arnold Schwarzenegger Stadium in Graz. USC Landhaus won the trophy for the eleventh time.
