(75564) Audubon is a main inner belt asteroid discovered on January 2, 2000 by the American amateur astronomer Charles W. Juels at the Fountain Hills Observatory , Arizona ( IAU code 678).

The asteroid was named on June 13, 2006 after the American ornithologist and draftsman John James Audubon (1785-1851), who is best known for his major work The Birds of America .
