The 1st Amateur League North Baden 1960/61  was the eleventh season of the  1st Amateur  Football League in North Baden - the forerunner of today's  Baden Association League . The North Baden amateur champion was SV Sandhausen . Sandhausen was unable to prevail in the promotion round to Division II .

Kickers Walldürn and VfB Leimen had to relegate to the 2nd amateur league. FV Hockenheim and the amateurs of Karlsruher SC were promoted for the following season .
