By April 27, 1945, the brigade staff was presumably taken prisoner of war by the Americans, as they were no longer recorded in a situation survey dated April 27, 1945.

The Flak Regiment 117 left the 19th Flak Brigade by April and was also broken up in the first days of May 1945. The Flak Regiment 182 took part in the Battle of the Bulge in January 1945 , but then left the brigade and was transferred to the Eastern Front. At the end of the war it was in Ludwigslust , where the remaining units surrendered to the American troops.
