- Marcus Iunius Silanus , called "The Golden Sheep" by the Roman Emperor Caligula because of his inactivity, obtained the year-round consulate , which he held first (Jan.-Feb.) Together with Decimus Valerius Asiaticus , then with the suffect consuls Camerinus Antistius Vetus (1. –14 March), Quintus Sulpicius Camerinus (15 March – June), Decimus Laelius Balbus (1 July –Aug./Sept.) And most recently with Gaius Terentius Tullius Geminus (Sept./Oct.–Dec.).
