As the bottom of the table, ATSV had to relegate immediately. After the immediate rise again, the team was able to stay in the Schleswig-Holstein upper house for two years before the second relegation followed. Only after the third promotion in 1956 was the ATSV team able to establish itself in the regional league.
After being renamed TuS 93 , the team reached its sporting zenith in the 1961/62 season with fifth place. Two years later, relegation followed and in the following time the team slipped into the district league. Then the youth work was intensified. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, the club's A-youth became national champions five times in a row. In 1973, thanks to the better goal difference against SV Fehmarn, they were promoted to the Association League South . There the relegation was missed.
The 93er now commuted between district league and district class and in 1999 had to relegate to the district league for the first time. After a temporary return to the district league, the team missed the qualification for the newly created association league in 2008 .
