Achim Huebner

Achim Hübner , actually Joachim Hübner , (born October 8, 1929 in Berlin ; † August 25, 2014 there ) was a German actor , director and author .

Life

After training at the German Theater Institute in Weimar , Hübner worked at the Maxim-Gorki-Theater in Berlin and as a senior director at the Zittau City Theater .

He was the brother of the director Wolfgang Huebner . Some of his published books have been illustrated by his son, the artist Reinhart Hevicke .

His written estate is in the archive of the Academy of Arts in Berlin.
