Adam Paul Nielson Hicks (born November 28, 1992 in Las Vegas , Nevada ) is an American actor , rapper and dancer .
Career
Adam Hicks played Joe in Billy's Bet and played the role of Luther in Zeke and Luther from 2009 to 2012 . He also has a recurring role as DZ on the second season of the Disney Channel series Jonas LA. According to his website, Hicks has signed a deal with Hollywood Records .
Hicks recorded a cover version of the MC Hammer song U Can't Touch This with his Zeke and Luther colleague Daniel Curtis Lee . The music video for it premiered on June 29, 2009 on the US Disney XD . Also with Daniel Curtis Lee, he recorded a remix of the song In the Summertime by Mungo Jerry . In the accompanying music video, many of the Zeke and Luther actors have a cameo .
In 2011 he starred alongside Bridgit Mendler in the Disney Channel original movie Lemonade Mouth - The Story of a Band . In December 2011 it was announced that Hicks would play a leading role in the third season of Pair of Kings .
On January 25, 2018, Hicks was arrested along with known actress Danni Tamburo in Burbank , California, on suspicion of an armed robbery.
