Since the divorce has clearly affected Claire, she starts an affair with her 20-year-old neighbor Noah at a weak moment. For Claire it is clear that it was a one-night stand , since Noah is far too young for her. However, he sees it very differently; he turns out to be a stalker and pushes his way more and more into Claire's life. He befriends her son and ex-husband and watches her at school. Claire suspects that they will all soon be in danger.
