Airfix Dogfighter is a computer game by the Swedish development studio Unique Development Studios (UDS) that was released for Windows in 2000 . It belongs to the genre of three-dimensional action games .

The title is reminiscent of the Dogfight kit series by the British model manufacturer Airfix , in which two aircraft models from World War II (e.g. Messerschmitt Me 262 and Mosquito ) were offered together. A double stand was included with the set, on which the models could be mounted in such a way that they gave the impression of an aerial duel in tight curves (colloquial dogfight ).

The existing scenarios also fit into the toy scenario. The player operates in a residential building and its immediate surroundings. There he also has to fight other Airfix models such as tanks and warships. In the levels, the player unlocks kits for new aircraft and upgrades. Another playful component is the fuel tank, as the aircraft does not suddenly crash if the tank is empty.
