Akuliaruseq [ akuliˈaʁusɜq ] (according to the old spelling Akuliaruseĸ ) is a deserted Greenlandic settlement in the district of Uummannaq in the Avannaata Kommunia .

Akuliaruseq was on the north side of a peninsula on the Ilua Bay . Ikerasak is the next inhabited place nine kilometers to the northwest .
history
Very little is known about Akuliaruseq. In 1901 the place was still inhabited, but no longer in 1918. The place was then only used to show kayaks from Ikerasak by means of campfires the way to Qarajaq .
