Albert Reinhard
Albert Reinhard (born March 21, 1916 in Feilbingert ; † November 26, 2015 in Simmern / Hunsrück ) was a German lawyer and politician ( FDP , independent from 1969).
Life
After attending primary school in Feilbingert and graduating from high school in Bad Kreuznach in 1936 , Reinhard initially did Reich labor service . In 1939 he began to study law at the universities in Frankfurt am Main and Mainz , which he interrupted after the outbreak of World War II because he was drafted into the Wehrmacht . He did military service until 1945, most recently as a first lieutenant in the air force .
After the end of the war, Reinhard continued his studies, which was followed by his legal clerkship with the Second State Examination in Law (Great State Examination for Higher Administrative Service). He entered the administrative service in 1949 as a government assessor and was employed as a civil servant at the Rockenhausen district office , where he was promoted to the government council in 1952.
Reinhard was a member of the Hitler Youth and the NSDAP from 1934 . He joined the FDP after 1945 and was elected to the board of the FDP district association West Palatinate. From 1950 he was District Deputy Rockenhausen. In the state elections in 1955 he was elected as a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament, to which he was a member until his resignation on June 18, 1958. In parliament he was a member of the legal committee and from November 1957 deputy chairman of the FDP parliamentary group.
Reinhard served as district administrator of the Unterlahnkreis from 1958 until it was dissolved in 1969 as part of the regional reforms in Rhineland-Palatinate . Subsequently he was the first district administrator of the newly formed Rhein-Hunsrück district until 1980 . In 1969 he left the FDP.
