Várbalog (German: Haidstall ) is a municipality in Győr-Moson-Sopron County in northwest Hungary , right on the border with Austria ( Halbturn ) and near Slovakia . The municipality is located a good 15 kilometers west of the city of Mosonmagyaróvár and has an area of 22.7 km².
The hamlet Albertkázmérpuszta (Eng .: Albrecht-Kasimir-Hof ) belongs to the municipality and is located directly on the border.
